Beth Clarke Appointed to the Junior professorships of “Psychological Metascience”

Joint appointment by the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID) and Trier University

In November 2026, Dr. Beth Macartney Clarke will join the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID) and assume the tenure-track junior professorship in Psychological Metascience, jointly appointment by the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID) and Trier University.

Beth Clarke is currently a postdoc in the “Psychology of Digitalization” group at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Bern. She completed her studies at the University of Melbourne, where she earned her Ph.D. in psychology in 2025. Her research topics are topics are open science, replication, research communication, and LLM-assisted research tools.
