The lab "Assessment and Personality Psychology" conducts research on the construction of questionnaires in the multidimensional forced-choice format, on the development of personality traits over the life span, and on the role of measurement in the replicability of empirical findings. We are seeking a motivated and talented individual who wants to do their PhD in one of our research areas. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research within a collaborative environment.
Your area of responsibility:
- Research in one of the research areas of our group
- Publication of scientific articles
- Teaching in the area of assessment and personality psychology; Possible classes are: Tutorial on test theory and test construction, seminar on assessing cognitive abilities and personality traits, or seminar in personality psychology
Your requirements profile:
- A degree in psychology, data sciences, statistics, or a related discipline (Bachelor AND Master of Science or equivalent degree)
- Very good methods skills
- At least good R skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
