Lisa Spitzer defended her doctoral thesis brilliantly on July 5, 2024. In her dissertation "Assessing and Increasing Reproducibility in Psychological Research: Current State in Eye-Tracking and Advances Through Preregistration", she dealt with the topic of Open Science, in particular with the preregistration of studies and the comparability of results in the field of eye-tracking research.

Her work was supervised by Dr. Stefanie Müller from the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID) and Prof. Dr. Michael Bosnjak, Professor of Psychological Research Methods at Trier University, former director of the ZPID.

Warmest congratulations from the ZPID!
