Contributions from "Research Synthesis & Big Data 2019" in Social Science Computer Review

Social Science Computer Review has published several Big Data contributions from ZPID's Research Synthesis Conference including Big Data in Psychology Pre-Conference Symposium 2019 in Dubrovnik.

Social Science Computer Review (SSCR) is an interdisciplinary journal covering social science instructional and research applications of computing, as well as societal impacts of information technology. A special issue on "Big Data in the Behavioral and Social Sciences", guest edited by ZPID director Michael Bosnjak, includes contributions on Big Data research from ZPID's Big Data in Psychology Pre-Conference Symposium in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The articles are already accessible online, a printed version of the journal will be available in 2021.

The overall aim of the Big Data Symposium was to address methods and applications using Big Data in psychology. Invited keynote speakers were Ross Jacobucci (University of Notre Dame) and Joop Hox (Utrecht University), whose keynote talks are available as videos in ZPID's media center.
