Postdoctoral Researcher in Population-Based Medicine (f/m/d)

The position (100 %) is initially limited to three years, with the possibility of extension.

We are seeking an outstanding researcher engaged in public health-related research with a specialization in data science, epidemiology, medicine, psychology, or computer science to join our team in working on a diverse array of research projects. This postdoctoral work opportunity will be in the area of preventing and managing chronic diseases, with a focus on behavioural factors, chronic conditions, mental health, and stress-related conditions.

The requirements of the position include the completion of a doctorate (PhD, MD, DSc.), excellent knowledge of English, international experience, and experience in working with large and complex data sets. Additional experience in digital (mental) health would be advantageous. The successful candidate must have strong statistical modelling skills. In addition, candidates should have excellent scientific writing and strong oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and collegially with colleagues from different disciplines. The candidate is expected to supervise students and research staff and to contribute to teaching in the new international M.Sc. program Population-Based Medicine & Health Care Leadership.
