Expected start date in position : 01.08.2020 / to be agreed
Contract length : tenure track assistant professor: 2 years, renewable twice (6 years in total), associate professor : 6 years renewable
Activity rate : 100 %
Workplace : University of Lausanne, Dorigny
Your responsibilities
In your functions, you will have to:
Teaching (45%)
Six hours of teaching a week, throughout the year, at Bachelor (BA) and Master (MA) levels, determined in accordance with institutional requirements
Supervision of MA dissertations and PhD theses.
Research (45%)
The post-holder will pursue research in intercultural clinical psychology, in the development, adaptation and evaluation of intercultural psychological interventions.
Administrative responsibilities (10%)

Your qualifications
In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills :
- Doctorate in psychology or equivalent;
- Good academic teaching record;
- Methodological expertise (in quantitative, qualitative and/or combined methods) in the development, adaptation and evaluation of intercultural psychological interventions;
- Proven research record in the context of individual and/or group interventions in intercultural psychology in educational, institutional, community or family environments;
- Excellent international networks;
- Clinical experience in intercultural psychology required;
- Expertise in a wide range of qualitative, quantitative and mixed research methods would be an advantage.
