Particularité

  • The aim of this project is to investigate whether fibromyalgia is associated with reduced neural and dopaminergic responses to reward and whether a mindfulness-based psychological intervention can restore dopaminergic functioning.

Domaine d'activité

  • Preparation of study and administrative duties
  • Recruitment and screening of participants (healthy and FMS participants)
  • Coordination between the centers and the teams
  • Scheduling of study visits and collaboration with study nurses
  • Assessments before and after intervention
  • Performing PET and fMRI scanning and administration of experimental tasks

Exigences

  • Master in psychology with knowledge in clinical Psychology and / or neurosciences
  • Good command of French and German are mandatory, and good knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Flexibility: the project is a multi-center project with necessity to travel on a regular basis to Lausanne and Zurich
  • Interest for chronic pain, ideally experience with chronic pain patients
  • Good organization and social skills
  • Interest for neuroimaging techniques and data analyses and for experimental research
  • Interest for clinical research and mindfulness
  • Experience with conducting structured diagnostic interview and / experience with neuroimaging techniques and data analyses are an advantage
