Doctoral Positions at the Cluster (f/m/d)
The Cluster is calling for applications for
(part-time 65%, pay scale TV-L E13, 1+3 years, starting date: October 2021)
The Cluster offers doctoral positions to highly motivated graduates with an outstanding Master’s degree or equivalent, obtained in a field which is relevant to the Cluster’s research agenda. PhD candidates will pursue their doctoral research projects independently or as part of a project team in one of the Cluster’s many and diverse research projects and research groups (see the sidebar for links to the groups that are hiring).
Accepted applicants are initially funded for one year. After the successful defence of their research proposal, funding is extended for a further three years. Accepted applicants will be enrolled in the newly established Graduate School of the Social and Behavioural Sciences according to their main discipline and will specialize in “Inequality”.

Candidates interested in applying for the advertised positions should indicate their main discipline and their interest in the Inequality Specialisation in both the statement of purpose and on the electronic application form.
